    Job Title: Delivery Courier FLSA Status: Non-exempt Pay Type: Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 Reports To: Pharmacy Manager As a Customer Service Representative/Courier, you will play an essential role in delivering nuclear pharmacy products and services to and from the company's clients consisting of hospitals, physician's offices, community medical centers and other hospital and medical facilities. We are looking for qualified individuals for a delivery courier position to deliver radiopharmaceuticals to hospitals and clinics. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Ensures the timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Follow map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently. Unloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service. Acts as a customer service liaison for the company, including treating all internal and external customers with respect, listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints. Informs management of complaints or requests in a timely manner. Accepts returns from clients where applicable. Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns. Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles and facility. Assists with the stocking of products and supplies throughout Facility as well as tracking inventory. Notifies Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low, need to be re-ordered or replaced. Performs routine safety checks on vehicles and pre-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines. Immediately report all vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions to the Pharmacy Manager. Follows Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of position. Complies with all company safety standards, and all federal, state and local laws. Obtains required DOT training and certification. Performs other related duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager such as setting up boxes for packaging and delivery as well as cleaning in the general lab and assisting in making deliveries locally when necessary. Job Requirements │ Skills │Education: High school diploma or equivalent with valid state driver's license required. Must have and maintain a clean driving record. Must have ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette. Must have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely. Ability to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed. Must possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. As well as good judgement and self-discipline. Prior driving, delivery and/or customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for manipulating small items Regularly lift at least 50 pounds throughout each shift and to be able to lift 75 pounds on occasion. Able to handle standing, walking and sitting for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals Good eye-hand coordination; fair eyesight (with or without correction lenses) Normal hearing in at least one ear (hearing range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz); Ability to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Effective organizational skills; a commitment to continuous learning; an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm Position Summary: Couriers are our front-line representatives to our clients.

They are responsible for pickup and delivery of medical specimens from clients along a specific route.
