The Courier position is a vital part of Pine Belt Mental Health's ability to ensure that medications are filled and delivered to mental health centers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate must hold a valid commercial driver's license. For 50 years, Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has served individuals throughout the Pine Belt. Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our eighteen county service area includes Amite, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Wayne and Walthall Counties. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Must possess valid commercial driver's license with satisfactory driving record Responsibilities: Ability to securely transport medications to assigned locations each day.

This opportunity is: Location: Gulfport, MS Days: Monday-Friday Hours: Varies Part Time: Partial Benefit Eligible In this role, you will: * Perform a vital part of the patient care process by making sure that reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens are successfully transported between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations. * Ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle - rain or shine! * Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service. * Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. All you need is: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years. * Confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions and navigating routine hazards of the road. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision. * Physical capability of light to medium lifting (up to 50lbs). Bonus points if you've got: * 2+ years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes. This includes cars, trucks, and/or vans. * Knowledge of medical terminology.
