Job Responsibilities and Duties: Ensures the timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards. Follow map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently. Unloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service. Acts as a customer service liaison for the company, including treating all internal and external customers with respect, listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints. Informs management of complaints or requests in a timely manner. Accepts returns from clients where applicable. Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns. Obtains required DOT training and certification. Job Requirements │ Skills │Education: High school diploma or equivalent with valid state driver's license required. Must have and maintain a clean driving record. Must have ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette. Must have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely. Ability to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed. Must possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. As well as good judgement and self-discipline. Prior driving, delivery and/or customer service experience preferred.
