Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Account for all deliveries, products, equipment, and materials loaded on the vehicle. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment. Communicate effectively with the Delivery Supervisor, Lead, and co-workers about any issues encountered on or off route. Be available to assist in other departments when needed and perform cross-functional tasks as assigned. Deliver to all stands and customers, no matter their location or requirements. Take initiative and act proactively to ensure smooth deliveries and assist in other areas as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and follow company procedures at all times. Qualifications Skills Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older. Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable to operate company vehicles. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Records, and background check. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with internal and external customers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Good judgment and the ability to make independent decisions. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Basic proficiency in related PC software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to safely perform lifting and carrying tasks. 2+ years of experience driving large box trucks and customer service experience preferred. Additional Information: This position will require flexibility to assist in other departments and adapt to varying job responsibilities. The Delivery Relief Driver must be proactive, responsible, and ready to step into any role to support the team.
