Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are responsible for the supervision and management of center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams for children on the autism spectrum. Essential Functions
Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization. Ensures all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/ exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stake holders, with the emphasis on delivering developmentally appropriate and socially valid client outcomes.
Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees' independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and fulfillment of certification requirements.
Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including but not limited to generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
Requirements
Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements
At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings

MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY
The Behavioral Health Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, clinical and/or administrative supervision, and monitoring of a Behavioral Health delivery system meeting NCCHC/ACA standards. The Behavioral Health Coordinator works with the Regional Manager, Site Administrator, Medical Director, and Psychiatrist to coordinate total contract services.
MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Acts as point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution as needed.
Coordinates development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of
required clinical services for inmates.
Supervises the planning, development and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
Provides clinical and/or administrative supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services.
Monitors efforts of Behavioral Health Services to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional
manner. Provides and assigns clinical on-call duties.
Ensures treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed.
Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff.
Coordinates the facility's Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program.
Attends training and meetings as required.
MENTAL HEALTH COORDINATOR REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, REGISTRATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Doctorate or Master's degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university.
Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology or social work in the state where services are being delivered.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Progress toward LOMA's FLMI and/or ALU 101 is a plus.

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule that requires you be on campus 3 days a week. Our school is open Monday - Friday from 8:30-5, you would be able to let us know your hours of availability and we would create a schedule around what works for you. No lesson planning, grading, or administrative duties outside of the school. There is no cap on hours and ideally we'd like someone to be available at least 15 hours a week.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age of 17 years old.
High school diploma or the equivalent required.
Ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
Ability to interact with children at their cognitive level.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Current CPR PRO/First Aid/ Shaken Baby is preferred; CPR is required within 30 days of hire.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Bloodborne Pathogens/Child Abuse Prevention every year
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be capable of carrying loads of up to 50 pounds.
Work in conditions that will create dirt and dust.
Perform essential program support to camp activities and programs which may include, but not limited to the following activities: semi - reaching to full-reach overhead, crouching, kneeling, shoveling, working in narrow and/or confining spaces underground, overhead, and at ground level, twisting of the waist, shoulders, and legs, and lying on stomach and/or back.
Ability to perform tasks outdoor in different climate.
