Your Role: Case Manager - Legal Assistant Team Lead (Construction Defect) As a Case Manager in the Construction Defect group, your responsibilities will include: 🔹 Construction Litigation Case Oversight: Managing high-volume, multi-defendant cases involving complex construction defect claims. What You Bring to the Construction Defect Team ✔️ Experience: 10+ years as a Case Manager, Senior Legal Assistant, or Litigation Paralegal in Insurance Defense; OR 5+ years focused specifically in Construction Defect Litigation (preferred). ✔️ Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing legal support staff and legal operations in a high-volume, fast-paced practice. ✔️ Knowledge: Familiarity with construction defect litigation, including building codes, defect causation, subcontractor coordination, and expert witness support. ✔️ Skills: Exceptional organizational and case tracking skills.
