Position Details Bluestone, P.C. has an immediate opportunity for a part-time, litigation attorney with 5+ years of quality business litigation, for its fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate is creative, works well both independently and collaboratively, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is interested in financial fraud, fiduciary liability, asset tracing, and working on behalf of global financial institutions, defrauded investors, and others, in an exciting and developing area of law. This is a grant-funded, part-time, in-person position Essential Functions Clinical responsibilities: * Conducts weekly sessions in TF-CBT modality * Administers pre- and post-assessments to clients Administrative Responsibilities: * Attends all staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, clinical team meetings, and other Divisional and University meetings as scheduled * Completes clinical notes in a timely manner using Care Cloud * Adheres to the CARE Center's policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with state mental health protocols, statutes, ethical guidelines, best practices, HIPAA, and grant requirements. Qualifications * Master's degree or above in mental health discipline * Professional state licensure as an LMHC, LMFT or LCSW is required * TF-CBT certification or completion of necessary TF-CBT training sessions and post-training consultation meetings to fulfill the TF-CBT program requirements (the grant will pay for the incumbent to be trained and certified in TF-CBT). * The incumbent must have current level II screening clearinghouse results with the Department of Children and Families.
