Position Details
Bluestone, P.C. has an immediate opportunity for a part-time, litigation attorney with 5+ years of quality business litigation, for its fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial litigation practice.
The ideal candidate is creative, works well both independently and collaboratively, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is interested in financial fraud, fiduciary liability, asset tracing, and working on behalf of global financial institutions, defrauded investors, and others, in an exciting and developing area of law.

Qualifications
5+ years of quality business litigation practice and procedural experience;
Bar membership, or ability to be admitted, in New York, required; Bar membership in Florida a plus;
Experience in New York state and federal courts a plus;
Excellent legal research and writing skills;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Deposition, hearing and trial experience are beneficial;
Knowledge of creditors' rights law, fraudulent conveyance actions, 1782 applications, multi-jurisdictional disputes, and enforcing judgments/arbitral awards preferred, but not required;

Job Description:

NATURE OF WORK This is entry level seasonal work in the area of recreation, which follows well-established procedures. An employee in this class is responsible for performing or assisting in a variety of leadership or instructional activities at an assigned recreation area. Under immediate supervision, the employee performs tasks, which are learned through previous experience or by on-the-job training. Work is of routine difficulty and includes making recommendations for programs or activities at assigned areas. Since the employee works with a higher level leader the exercise of only limited initiative and independent judgment is required. Tact and courtesy are also required when dealing with parents of program participants.
