In my restaurant me, and other co workers were verbally abused by our General Manager multiple times. If they didn't like your personality or your work performance they will gradually start cutting your hours until you are either forced to quit or you ask for more hours. Lastly, they were not paying close attention when it comes to health safety and let 1 of their workers contract COVID-19 in the work place while working with others.

The pay. I am a store manager making $14.75/hour in CA. If you ask for your yearly review? Good luck, they tell you that your YEARLY review doesn’t mean you’re gonna get a raise. And then they take 1-4 months to actually do it. I am thinking about suing.
