Nice working environment. Both plant and offices are heat AND cooled. State of the art machinery. Good Safety practices.

They do not care about people of color.They treat people of color like dogs, or sub human.

Absolutely NOTHING. Except there are some pretty great people actually doing the work, they are great.

Cons of working at Cosmetic Specialty Labs, Inc.

Too many to name. For one there’s no a/c and when it’s 100+ degrees outside, it gets super hot in a factory. The actual workers get no a/c, but it feels good in the office where everyone sits around. You aren’t guaranteed a 40 hour work week. There is a lot of favoritism going on. VERY unprofessional.
