This company lack industry direction. Does not posses the identity to drive into the future. Poorly led corperstion that has let leadership squander countless opportunities.

Rebrand and leverage current manufacturing infrastructure to compete in e-commerce direct to consumer market.

Fine at managment level. Poor at supervisor and below.

Diversity is fine. Dominican run manufacturing center is good.

What brings you the most joy at Corflex Global?

What would bring me thr most job was the understanding and faith that leadership was driving in tbr right direction. That's just not the case.
