Job Duties
The Assistant Service Center Manager would assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center. The Assistant Service Center Manager will be responsible for:
Resolving customer issues
Providing technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors
Supervising Service Center associates
Performing Technician responsibilities as needed

CANNABIS EXTRACTION TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION
Cannabis Extraction Technicians collaborate with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Production Managers. This TEAM supports overall facility operations throughout all stages of our extraction process, from loading socks to a running our GC to verify results, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine of operations.
As a Cannabis Extraction Technician TEAM Member, you will:
Work directly with the Production Managers to support the overall equipment systems that run the extraction system i.e., machine cleaning and removal of waste products.
Assist in operation and maintenance of the extraction system by cleaning and checking equipment for functionality after use and prior to redeployment.
Keep a clean and organized extraction area. The extraction area must be clean of anything that can contaminate the product.
Maintain Extraction System and make sure all processes are correctly implemented for seamless operation.
Maintain equipment such as check valves, centrifuges, wiped film distillation skid, gas chromatography oven, etc. for distillate production.
Cross-training may include packaging, grinding, and METRC.
Will work in an enclosed room and must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) equipment as described in the employee handbook.
Must help Cannabis Extraction Leadership with capturing and entering data into an Excel file for leadership review.
Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM Members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.
