Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of full-time wage-earning experience in maintenance mechanic or related building construction experience, such as welding, plumbing, automotive and small appliance repair, landscaping, painting, air conditioning, building trades, carpentry, electrical/electronic repair, or other maintenance related field.
Preferred: Forty (40) hours of approved and documented maintenance continuing education credits/hours from seminars, workshops, classroom or independent study.
Experience and Education Substitutions:
Six (6) additional years of full-time wage-earning experience in maintenance mechanic or related building construction experience, such as welding, plumbing, automotive and small appliance repair, landscaping, painting, air conditioning, building trades, carpentry, electrical/electronic repair, or other maintenance related field may substitute for High School diploma or equivalent.
· Vocational education may substitute for experience on a basis of 30 semester hours for one year of experience.

Responsibilities:
· Daily responsibilities differ based upon experience and role from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through zoom and in-home sales presentations
· Represent Freedom professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery Storage in your area
· Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout
· Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft and build your Sales/Customer Service career
What we look for:
· Prior experience in direct sales or related role: Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages ,or Home automation/Security system sales experience is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Attention to detail
· Experience with commission-based compensation packages
· Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus
· Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry
· Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers
