Essential Responsibilities:
* Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives to enhance power end performance through analysis, process improvements, and technological upgrades, with a focus on increasing operational efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime.
* Data Analysis and Monitoring:
Collect and analyze data from power end equipment to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to recommend changes to operational practices and equipment designs.
* Root Cause Analysis:

* Cost Management:
Identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with power end operations while maintaining high-quality and safety standards. Implement cost-effective solutions that improve productivity without compromising safety.
* Training and Development:
Provide training and mentoring to team members on best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques for power end systems. Develop training materials and programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.
* Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all power end operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safety-first culture by driving safety initiatives and conducting risk assessments.
Education and Experience:
* BS degree in engineering, science, business, or related field preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing operations, with at least 3 years focusing on power end equipment or similar systems.
* Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives in an industrial or energy-related field.
* Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), failure modes, and reliability-centered maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

PURPOSE
The Bartender is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking all food and beverage orders, and making sure they are delivered in a timely manner to the guests satisfaction
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide guests with accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information
* Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
* Take and enter orders into POS system promptly and accurately
* Ensure all the food and drinks are served promptly and according to specifications
* Ensure that all the necessary stock is being replenished during the shift
* Move furniture as directed by management, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment
* Accurately check guest identification to verify age of 21+ before serving

* Follow given precise drink recipes when dispensing drinks

Interprets drawings and specifications
Welds carbon steel and components using weld procedures
Fit-up ANSI flanges to pipe, forged flanges to shells and profile nozzles to match required shell.
Lay-out nozzles and other sub assembly location in shell components
Burns and grinds nozzle cutouts in shell to meet engineering tolerances
Uses flame cutting torch, carbon arc gouging, plasma arc, portable grinders and other tools.
Uses overhead cranes, jib cranes and other lifting/ rigging devices to move components in a safe manner.
Completing jobs based on standard shop procedures
Conforms to shop quality practices and procedures
Conforms to safety requirements of the shop
