Efficiently prepare and portion ingredients for use in various dishes following standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate all kitchen stations and assist as needed. Maintain the flexibility to work any station and shift as required. Support team efforts to meet kitchen demands during peak service times. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all food storage, preparation and cooking areas. Assist in ensuring the kitchen complies with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Label and date all food storage containers, adhering to food safety guidelines. Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment and tools. Communicate effectively with all kitchen staff and Chefs to ensure smooth operations. Comply with all company and department policies, procedures and standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred but not required.
