**Minimum Qualifications:** Post-high school vocational/specialized training or equivalent experience. Degree or vocational training in institutional food preparation or equivalent experience. Two (2) years experience in all phases of institutional food preparation/production.
Preferred Qualifications: ServSafe Certification.
