DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare items according to recipes and guidelines
Rotate stock
Keep work areas clean and sanitized
Ensure product quality
Prepare and serve items in a timely manner
Conduct food temperature checks and complete reports
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 17 years old
Excellent communication skills
One year of cooking experience preferred with working knowledge of restaurant equipment
Must have a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace

Requirements and Qualifications
What you bring:
Adheres to all restaurant service standards to help create “Ale House Raving Fans”
Food preparation and portioning
Supports cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station
Ensures compliance with food handling requirements
Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
Ensures a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for Cooks
Ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
