Specific Position Duties * Assist daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. * Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner. * Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times. * Train and motivate kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive * Collaborate with the Kitchen manager to develop menu items, special promotions, and improve customer satisfaction. * Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair; arrange for maintenance as required. * Handle any issues that arise in the kitchen and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
