The posted pay range of this hourly position is$18.50 to $23.47.The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Responsibilities include:
Prepares, and pulls food for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the menu, production sheet, and recipes provided
Maintains acceptable standards of preparation, sanitation and storage of food
Cleans work area and equipment as needed, and according to assigned cleaning schedule, stores leftover hot foods
Other assigned duty by Dietary Manager
Qualifications included:
Working knowledge of quantity food preparation
Related public health and sanitation regulations, and safety practices
Minimum of 1-year experience in Food Service of a Health Care Facility
Basic understanding of modified diets.
Ability to read, write, and count in English.
