What will you do?
Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, the freshness and quality of all menu items, and packages all products to proper specifications
Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards
Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraud
Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
Ensure the hot bar us ready for guests
Condense and refill as needed
Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles
Clean and stock work stations
Requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant experience required as a Line Cook or more
Position cooks alone in restaurant & needs ability to work well independently
