Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation, according to the menu as presented by the Head Cook.
Serve meals on time, three times per day, six days per week during the duration of summer residence camp.
Ensure that the camp's food service operations meet federal, state, and local health standards.
Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas, preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen/dining hall areas as required, including disposal of refuse.
Set up and break down dining hall tables.
Store food ingredients and leftovers at the proper temperatures.
Wash all dishes, serving dishes, utensils, and kitchen linens according to regulated washing methods and temperatures. Ensure appropriate storage of equipment at the end of each meal.
Assist with inventory of food and kitchen supplies, taking into account special dietary needs and allergies of campers and staff.
Assist in the execution of the GSHPA crisis management plan for emergencies that may occur during camp at any time, day or night.
Abide by GSHPA code of conduct, rules, and expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
