In addition, Callaway hosts a number of corporate events and weddings throughout the year. The culinarians at the Lodge play a large part in the success of those events by preparing memorable food for those guests. In addition to preparing food, the Lodge Cook is responsible ensuring food safety and cleanliness of the kitchen. Strict standards are in place to comply with the regulatory establishments. Both AM and PM shifts are available. Additional opportunities to work in other establishments or to assist with the food outlets associated with our Pumpkins at Callaway or Fantasy In Lights are also available. Because we operate 365 days per year, candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays. Starting hourly rate: $11.00 - $15.00
