Food Preparation

standardized recipes, sanitation and health code standards. Assures temperatures are correct and meals are cooked,

Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, stairwells, lounges, kitchens, and conference rooms.
Make up rooms that have been vacated by guests who have checked out of the hotel.
Provide basic “Haus-keeping” duties including changing the sheets, changing, and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.
Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
Respond to calls for “Haus-keeping” problems, such as spills and broken glass.
Collect and remove trash and debris.
Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, and sorting linen.
Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.
Clean upholstered furniture.
Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards.
Provide service support to guests
Coordinate and assist housekeeping in bringing dirty and clean linens from rooms to laundry and visa versa.
Assisting and coordinating with housekeeping to keep housekeeping closets and supplies stocked.
Bring linens from rooms to housekeeping closets and or to the laundry complex. This can require walking over multiple flights of stairs
Assisting housekeeping in basic cleaning when needed.
Completing in-room PM maintenance and post checkout maintenance.
Assisting the maintenance department with maintenance projects
Assisting maintenance with outside work and repairs on the grounds and buildings.
Shoveling and moving snow during winter months with shovels and snow blowers.
Shift can be day time and evening. not overnight.
Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus Teammates to create a memorable guest experience.
Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.
Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community.
Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
Assist in misc. Kitchen, dining, and all other common area upkeep and cleaning
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
