Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Open/close kitchen when needed. * Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked. * Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. * Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine. * Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly. * Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed. * Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested. * Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service. * Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest. Required Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required. * Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff. * Credentials in health and safety training. * Certification that meets local requirements. * Must be flexible with hours. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations. * Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
