Essential Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, Safety Regulations and other legal regulations and requirements (California Health & Safety Code, Division 104, Part 7 - Retail Food). Maintain consistent practices and food safety by preparing, cooking, cool-off, re-heating, covering, dating, properly storing, and maintaining food temperature according to Health Department Regulations; finish production list, as needed.
Receive deliveries and organize according to company procedural standards

Cooks' primary duties are:
Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
Bake and dress biscuits.
Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
Assist in filling and packaging orders.
Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.
Cooks are responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company's operational quality and cleanliness standards. A qualified candidate should possess the ability to learn in a fast paced environment, project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.
