Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing food to support the kitchen and Executive Chef.
Assisting in creating dishes that exceed guest expectations.
Being cross-trained on various kitchen stations such as Pantry to provide flexibility and meet the kitchen's needs during high-volume service times.
Adhering to safety and quality standards by following established policies, procedures, and regulations.
Preparing items for service, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and butchering meats.
Supporting other stations or special events as needed.
