THE ROLE
As a Cook at The Oncenter, you will be responsible for more complex culinary tasks and assisting the Executive/Sous Chefs in all aspects of food preparation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Work directly with Chefs and consults Chefs on any concerns.
Prepare/process/portion all foods as specified for Chefs.
Primary assignments include but are not limited to, hot foods, soups, sauces, meats, and presentation.
Read and follow recipes, adjusting as necessary.
