ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with food preparation; Assist with record keeping; Assist with clean up; Must be responsible to identify reimbursable meals; Must be responsible to follow all food safety and health practices; May be responsible for various record keeping duties; May be responsible for accurate computer input; May be responsible for counting and reconciling money and accounts; May be responsible for assisting in supervision student workers; May be responsible for assuming Head Cook-Manager's position in their absence; Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of students. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; experience in cafeteria setting ore related field. Food handler's card. Experience working with children. Ability to use/learn the computer system and P.O.'s terminals. Possess a current food handler's card.
