At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $180,000 and $230,000. American Battery Solutions has a full-time opening for a ERP Change Coordinator in Springboro, Ohio.
The ERP Change Coordinator will be tasked to collect, set up and maintain BOM material and labor master data in multiple systems with intent to prepare for future PLM and PLEX ERP deployment. The ERP Change Coordinator will also be tasked with BOM Cleansing and PLEX master data Management.
Responsibilities
Define and assume the engineering and logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs.
Manage application dates of product modifications according to engineering change procedures.
Manage phase out files including reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels.
Enforce new program launch timelines.
Determine and validate correct material master data for all material for all products.
Update Bill of Materials, process routings, operations, and logistics convention in ERP systems resulting from engineering changes.
Design, develop, validate, and implement methods and tools that improve operational flexibility and execution of lean production systems using appropriate lean logistics concepts.
Develop and implement solutions that focus on reducing lead time throughout the value stream and extended supply chain.
Coordinate engineering changes between Program Management, Engineering, Production, Quality and Logistics departments.
Ensure that changes are considered in production scheduling, material planning, and within physical flows.
Work with Engineers to capture and validate master labor data for all products.
Evaluate warehouse processes, identify waste, and recommend changes that improve efficiency. Review process improvements at other warehouses or best practices that can be implemented at local sites.
Track and report efficiency on projects and keep additional project pipeline full.
Modify and improve existing logistics systems such as material flow, storage, and information flow.
Support Logistics teams in the development and implementation of methods for material ordering, communication, transportation, packaging, and distribution throughout the supply chain.
Working with CR/CN in PLEX, packaging instructions, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure that documents attached to the proper location, revision levels are correct qualifications.
Work with customer and internal teams on cost reduction initiatives after the program SOP.
Teach and drive the utilization of lean logistics tools such as Plan for Every Part, Kanban, Supermarkets, Milk runs, etc.
Maintain special relationships with internal program management team.
Adhere to federal, and state regulations.
Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
