**Work Arrangement:** This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of a GM location, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum. **The Role** : People Analytics CoE is looking for a **People Analytics Solutions Consultant (Visier)** to join the People Analytics Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, product management and enablement of data and analytics products including Visier implementation and ongoing optimization. You will act as a product owner, work with key partners to enable data integrations, design data governance and data sharing principles, and develop key data definitions. You will also be responsible for designing and building the best-in-class visualizations, delivering training, guidance, and support to HR users and driving the overall adoption and user experience across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR data, processes and analytics; have previous experience implementing Visier and HR analytics tools and a passion for enabling users to maximize the value of HR data.

**Responsibilities** :
+ Act as a product owner for designated People Analytics tools(data structures/models, data integrations, data governance, enhancement roadmap, access management, development prioritization, testing, documentation, user training and partnership with key stakeholders)
+ Lead the implementation of the Visier analytics platform, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of HR and the organization.
+ Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Visier, including scoping, data mapping, UAT, implementation, continuous optimization, and post-launch support.
+ Oversee data integrations from various HR systems to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data flows.
+ Ensure data quality and integrity across all integrated sources, identifying and resolving any issues related to data consistency, accuracy, or timeliness.
+ Define and standardize key HR data definitions (e.g., turnover, performance, benchmarks) to ensure consistency and clarity across the platform.
+ Design and implement comprehensive Visier access, data governance and data sharing principles to ensure that sensitive HR data is protected, and access controls are appropriately set based on user roles.
+ Ensure that the security model is compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and organizational policies.
+ Design and create best-in-class visualizations and dashboards within Visier and other analytics platforms to help HR leaders and business partners make data-driven decisions.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve visualizations and user experience based on feedback, usage patterns and evolving business needs.
+ Lead the training and onboarding of HR users and PA team to ensure they understand how to effectively use Visier.
+ Provide guidance on data interpretation and the use of analytics in decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain training materials, user documentation, and resources that support the successful adoption of the platform.
+ Provide ongoing user support to help them maximize the value of Visier and encourage a culture of data-driven decision-making.
+ Act as the main point of contact for all Visier-related matters.Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR strategic goals and timelines.
+ Stay up to date on the latest trends in people analytics and data technology, recommending new features or tools to meet evolving business needs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of related work experience in HR data analytics role (People Analytics Consultant, HR Data Analyst, HR Solutions Consultant / Product Manager, Business Analyst or Data Engineer dedicated to HR).
+ Proven experience with Visier end-to-end implementation.
+ Experience in designing and building visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Visier.
+ Experience with HR data integrations, data & system architecture, and HR data governance.
+ Experience designing, implementing and managing data access & security principles in data analytics platforms.
+ Strong knowledge of data integration techniques (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines).
+ Very good understanding of HR data and processes, and familiarity with Workday data structures.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language for HR and business users.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

**Compensation:**
+ The salary range for this role is $94,800 - $151,400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

+ Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and/or business support staff

+ Execution and management of the Order to Cash functionality that supports the Pharma business segment.
+ Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
+ Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
**_The SAP_** **_Order To Cash Functional Consultant for Pharma IT responsibilities_** **_include:_**
+ Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the OTC domain and manage the execution.
+ Solution ownership of defects, enhancements, and new build project for OTC.
+ Influencing internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.
+ Collaborating with other process tower leaders (PTP, RTR, R&I, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications.
+ Provide support in preparing and conducting prioritization meetings (for enhancements and defects) with the OTC functional partners.
+ Ensure all critical OTC processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
+ Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable and stable operations
+ Complies and enforce adoption of Solution Manager, Charm Management, HP ALM and other standard tools.
+ Supports the Pharma CRM, BRMS and legacy financial applications
+ Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma platform
**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
+ 8+ years experience in related field preferred.
+ Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module along with pricing functions
+ Experienced in all SD aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Pre-Sales, Sales Order processing preferred
+ Sales Documents: Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Schedule Line, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements preferred
+ Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record preferred
+ Order Management: Creation of Sales documents - Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, preferred
+ Credit memo, Debit memo; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads preferred
+ Interfaces: Should have hands on in interface in different system like SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP preferred
+ IDOC: Should have good work experience in handling IDOC issues preferred
+ Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies preferred
+ Experience in providing direction to the teams in managing and troubleshoot complex interfaces involving multiple systems (e.g. SalesForce, Order Express (Web Order Entry), Manhattan, SAP MDG, IBM MDM, IDM, EDI, ECM, IronPort, PlanetPress, etc.) and middleware applications preferred
**Anticipated salary range:** $121,600 - $173,700

The Security Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Our STC defines, develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains software applications in support of the achievement of the business requirements. The role demands strong analytical skill and high research, design, documentation, and software modification capabilities throughout the production life cycle. The STC also proactively provides mentoring, support and guidance to the Junior Developers and perform with a high autonomy level. Due to their outstanding skills and high level of decision making, STCs usually act as Project Team Leads.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle all meaningful project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and hands-on sophisticated development.
+ Assist in leading Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & Risk projects, collaborating on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk standard processes.
+ Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
+ Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
+ Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and mentorship to Junior / Mid developers.
+ Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow standard methodologies.
+ Ensures Project Lead receives timely updates on work you're doing to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.

**Required Skills & Academic Background**
+ Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences

+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

+ 2+ Security & Risk ServiceNow CIS Certifications
+ Experience showcasing proficiency in 2 additional product lines outside of Security & Risk
+ Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API's and mobile application design.
+ ServiceNow AND JavaScript scripting is required.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000.00 - $133,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
