Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $190,000 - $250,000/YR. The Associate Leadership Consultant plays a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and contributing to thought leadership in leadership and organizational development. This role offers the opportunity to develop core consulting skills in project management, facilitation, content development, analysis, and client communication. Associate Consultants support project teams across a variety of LOD services, including succession management, leadership and talent development, team effectiveness, organizational design, executive advising and coaching, and corporate governance.
This is a regular, full-time position based in either our Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters or our Denver, Colorado office. Consultants in this role can expect to travel approximately 30%-50% of the time.

Responsibilities
Support the design, management, and execution of leadership and organizational development consulting projects, contributing to high-quality client deliverables and outcomes.
Assist with project planning and coordination, including preparing agendas, creating client-facing content, analyzing data, and developing reports that generate meaningful insights.
Participate in and gradually take on facilitation roles in client sessions, workshops, and training programs-both virtually and in-person-while continuously developing subject-matter expertise.
Build strong client relationships by anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and supporting the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Contribute to internal initiatives such as content and model development, research efforts, and thought leadership across the Leadership and Organizational Development practice.
Develop foundational project management skills and progressively take ownership of larger portions of client engagements.
Stay current on leadership and organizational development trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to both client work and internal innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Psychology, Education, Training, or a related field from an accredited institution; master's or PhD preferred.
Significant professional experience in a related field such as consulting, business, education, or training.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated maturity, self-direction, and the ability to perform under pressure-both independently and as part of a team.
Exposure to leadership and organizational development concepts, either academically or through practical experience.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage key client stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and synthesize information quickly.
Proven capacity to learn rapidly and translate insights into high-quality client deliverables.
Compensation Information:
Base salary is $100,500 plus bonus.
