Position Purpose: Maintain partnerships between the health plan and the contracted provider networks serving our communities. Build client relations to ensure delivery of the highest level of care to our members. Perform provider orientations and ongoing provider education, including writing and updating orientation materials
Manages Network performance for assigned territory through a consultative/account management approach
Evaluates provider performance and develops strategic plan to improve performance
Drives provider performance improvement in the following areas: Risk/P4Q, Health Benefit Ratio (HBR), HEDIS/quality, cost and utilization, etc.
Completes special projects as assigned
Ability to travel locally 4 days a week

Generating new business and growing existing clients.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Fastsigns Inside Sales Representative(ISR) is part sales guru, part customer service king. The ISR loves working with people, both customers and team members. The ISR is knowledgeable about the signs we make (don't worry, we'll help you learn this) so they can educate the customers, not just on price, but also on the best solution for their sign needs. A Fastsigns ISR is outgoing, driven, and independent. All others, need not apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide the customers you work with through the entire purchase, whether they walk in through the front door, call on the phone, or send us an email.
Master our point of sales system. You create estimates and orders, and take payments.
Communicate with the Fastsigns Design and Production teams about the customer's needs, requested changes, and deadlines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Organizing chaos into order is second nature to you.
Details and Multi-tasking don't scare you, they invigorate you.
