AI Cost Reduction Solutions - Commercial Sales - B2B - Commission Only
Consultant And Sales Representative Job In Miami Beach, FL
VeriFee is an emerging AI-powered fintech startup on a mission to help businesses realize significant cost savings on their credit card processing. We don't sell credit card processing; instead, we help our clients reduce expenses with their existing provider-without changing anything. Rather than profiting from high processing fees, we leverage our AI to minimize our clients' rates and fees, aligning our interests with theirs. The more our clients save, the more we earn. It's a truly customer-centric approach that fosters long-term partnerships and creates raving fans.
Why Join VeriFee?
Revolutionary AI Solution: Unlike traditional merchant services, there's no need for clients to switch providers, upgrade equipment, endure underwriting hassles, or change their daily operations. Our AI-driven process ensures maximum savings with minimal effort on the client's side.
Lucrative Residuals: Our compensation structure is based on shared savings, not on inflating processing fees. Your residual opportunities can grow substantially as our AI continues to find cost reductions for clients over time.
Established Support & Training: You'll receive in-depth training on our process, tools, and messaging. We provide advanced AI chat systems, continuously updated knowledge bases, professional marketing materials, video testimonials, and a team lead dedicated to helping you close your first deals quickly.
High-Growth Environment: As one of the fastest-growing AI tech startups, we offer considerable opportunities for professional development, leadership, and working directly with the founding team as we scale.
Robust Lead Generation: We have multiple inbound marketing campaigns and a proven lead-flow system. Sales representatives who demonstrate the ability to build their own book of business will gain access to these inbound prospective clients for even faster growth.
Expanding Opportunities As our technology grows more robust, we're continuously expanding into new areas of cost reduction beyond credit card processing. Our AI models are being trained to cut expenses in 3rd-party logistics, treasury services, energy, waste, insurance, utilities, taxes, and more-offering a much broader market for you to tap into.
Role and Responsibilities
Prospect and Close Deals: Utilize your network, existing book of business, and prospecting activities to identify businesses that can benefit from VeriFee's AI-driven savings.
Educate Clients: Explain how our process works and how our AI solution reduces fees without switching providers or changing day-to-day operations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong, ongoing sales pipeline-especially once inbound leads become available to you.
Collaboration and Training: Participate in required training, stay updated on our continuously evolving AI and fintech offerings, and collaborate with our support team to close deals.
Build Relationships: Foster long-term client partnerships and encourage referrals, leading to expanding residuals as clients see sustained savings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive Merchant Services / Credit Card Processing Experience: You have a proven track record in B2B sales and in-depth familiarity with credit card processing, merchant services, and related financial solutions.
Strong Network: You have an existing book of business or belong to a community of business owners, enabling you to quickly identify qualified prospects.
Self-Starter: You excel in a commission-only model, generating your own leads and effectively closing sales. You thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Financial Savvy: A background in finance is a huge plus. You can confidently discuss cost savings, processing fees, and ROI.
Ethical & Client-Focused: You're motivated by a solution that genuinely helps clients save money, rather than solely by boosting processing revenue.
Compensation
Commission-Only with Uncapped Earnings
We reward performance with an industry-leading commission structure based on shared savings rather than complex KPI or bonus systems. This means no hidden metrics or gimmicks-just a straightforward, lucrative model that puts top performers in control of their income.
High Residual Income
Our current sales reps have proven that the earning potential is substantial. Across our three existing representatives, annual residual incomes range from $72K on the low end to $180K on the high end-achieved in under a year. As you build your book of business, you'll generate significant, ongoing residuals.
Path to W2 Employment & Benefits
For the right candidate, we offer long-term W2 employment opportunities with a full benefits package (health, dental, vision), plus PTO and other perks. As VeriFee continues to scale, we prioritize nurturing talent for leadership roles and higher-level responsibilities.
Rapid Growth Environment
As an emerging AI fintech, we're scaling quickly-making it a prime environment for sales representatives who want to level up their career. Top performers have opportunities to work directly with company founders, influence strategic decisions, and accelerate professional development.
Why This Is Your Next Career Move
You'll sell a uniquely beneficial product-no switching fees, no new equipment, no complicated contracts-to a market primed for cost-saving solutions.
You'll be supported by an AI-driven platform, advanced marketing, and in-house experts to help you close deals faster.
You'll have direct access to the founders and leadership, shaping the future of a cutting-edge fintech startup.
