Job Responsibilities:
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and adherence to technical specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with municipal, public sector, and warehouse construction regulations.
Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership.
Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Uphold safety and quality standards across all project phases.
Qualifications:
4+ years of construction management experience (no cap on experience level).
Municipal, public sector, and warehouse construction experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Engineering degree highly desirable.
Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and technical oversight skills.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-year projects is a plus.
