Job Responsibilities Supervise all stages of a high-end residential construction project, from pre-construction to completion. Oversee construction teams on-site, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Enforce safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in custom luxury home or luxury estate single-family projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Dedication to delivering exceptional results. Attention to details. Great team player. Experience in the Miami construction market and a solid understanding of local building codes and regulations.
