    The Tower Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties. * Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift. * Have basic knowledge of the following skills: * Work efficiently and safely with all hand tools. * Work efficiently and safely with all power tools. * Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary. * Store items properly throughout property. * General labor work * Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep are necessary. * Respond promptly to the needs of guests and company. * Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to proper management. * Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements. Qualifications: * Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. * Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures. * Have previous experience or general awareness of labor/remodel work.
