Job Description Summary The laborer is responsible for moving material such as lumber, bending rebar and assisting the carpenter in setting up forms, stripping forms, oiling forms, placing concrete, setting blankets, taping, manual grading, and general clean up on the project. This is a safety sensitive position. Job Site's are in Northern Nevada and Northern California. Listen to directions, strip forms, and saw cut & demo concrete. This is a safety sensitive position. Duties and Tasks Get to work as directed and on time daily Follow instructions as directed by Foreman/Superintendent Move materials as directed by Foreman/Superintendent Dig out footings as necessary by using a pick and shovel Operate equipment such as wacker, rotohammer, etc. as needed Assist form setters in moving forms and lumber Oil forms Assist form setters in placing concrete Cut, grind and demo concrete Cleanup project site Operate tools with caution and care in a manner to obtain maximum usefulness and to extend the lifetime of the tools and/or equipment Work in a safe, continuous, conscientious manner to produce a quality end product.
