ConGlobal Industries, Inc. was formerly known as Global Intermodal Systems, Inc. and changed its name to ConGlobal Industries, Inc. in 2004. The company was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in San Ramon, California. It has locations in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia; Charleston, South Carolina; Chicago and Channahon, Illinois; Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; Houston and La Porte, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida; Los Angeles and Oakland, California; Memphis, Tennessee; New Orleans, Louisiana; Norfolk, Virginia; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Altamira, Lazaro Cardenas, Manzanillo, and Veracruz, Mexico; and Limon, Costa Rica. As of December 31, 2013, ConGlobal Industries, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of ITS Technologies & Logistics, LLC.
