We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager, who is passionate about the Wise mission - money without borders to join the Wise Platform team in North America. You'll work with our existing platform partners, in our Banking vertical to help them leverage Wise's infrastructure to offer their customers world class payment service solutions through their own channels.
We've launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Morgan Stanley in North America, and today have 80+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.
A bit about the role:
You will be a Senior Account Manager within a fast growing Account Management team, responsible for driving growth with our Banking partners in North America. You'll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your partner portfolio, execute the deals effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
The role is based in our Austin office, but you will also work closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams based around the world. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation, including our product management, engineering, compliance & legal, delivery as well as business development.

* Work with the Wise Platform team to build, close and deliver a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts, driving product innovation, revenue and volume growth for Wise.
* Develop comprehensive account plans for key platform partners, articulating strategies for expansion and growth.
* Establish strong relationships with your platform partners by understanding their strategic objectives and decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners.
* Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other.
* Utilise data to pinpoint opportunities and to inform data-driven dialogue with your partners.
* Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements, highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions as required.
* Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise product capabilities in the online platforms vertical through new integrated partnership opportunities.
* Develop deep expertise in payments and show thought leadership on complex topics.
* Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the North America region and globally, such as helping iterate our product roadmap, pricing strategies, go to market efforts - or anything else that helps drive growth.
About You:
* You have 5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Sales role, working in the payment space.
* You're experienced in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes - from CEOs, to heads of payments, product managers and risk and innovation.
* You are familiar with the software and FinTech landscape in North America, and understand how cross border payments works for them today.
* You have a track record of successfully growing accounts in the software and financial services space to generate increased revenues.
* You're hands on, not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, lead partner calls, listen to their feedback and work with the wider team on devising a plan to achieve meet partners' expectations, whilst achieving our objectives.
* You're into the detail - you get close to deals and understand where we can really invest to have the biggest impact.
* You're as comfortably technically - helping a partner solution the best way to use Wise Platform - as you are discussing commercial and legal terms.

THE ROLE
The DEI Senior Specialist is responsible for managing DEI projects and initiatives across our Americas offices; US offices (Austin, Tampa, New York), Brazil and Mexico as well as managing some of our global DEI projects. They will be responsible for partnering with the People team, particularly our People Partners, People Operations, Recruitment, Risk and Employee Relations functions, as well as partnering with some of our business functional teams across Wise. We're looking for an energetic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing High Risk Assessment team in Austin, Texas. This role is a unique opportunity to develop a high performing team, while leveraging your knowledge and experience to help millions more potential customers save money by using Wise!
The High Risk Assessment team has a working understanding of inherent risks associated with complex business structures and activities, customer types, country risks and their respective mitigation measures. The investigation accommodates any legal, regulatory and operating requirements unique to specific business sectors or jurisdictions.
The High Risk Assessment Team Lead is a people lead with a mindset that allows them to build processes that put our customers first while being aware of the risks surrounding the industry, specific products, and requirements set to us by regulations and partners.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of specialists who evaluate and assess high risk customers, mitigate risks associated with them, while ensuring compliance with the established AML/CFT regulations, policies and Wise's risk appetite.

Hire, lead, develop and manage a High Risk Assessment team, including amongst others administrative tasks such as scheduling, interviewing, hiring etc;
Organise team activities and maintain a high team morale;
Measure team performance, KPIs, plan capacity and maintain focus on the customer experience as well as regulatory/ audit requirements;
Foster the learning, development, and career trajectory of analysts on your team and perform regular talent mapping review sessions;
Processes / Project management
Develop client risk-mitigation strategies and solutions by having an in-depth understanding of their risks, drafting risk-based proposals, overseeing the implementation of said strategies, and tracking efficacy/performance;
Be accountable for quality assurance of the investigations performed, making decisions within our policy framework and working with compliance to evolve both our policies and processes;

The Sanctions Investigations and Reporting team serves as the sanctions subject matter experts responsible for reviewing and investigating all potential violations of OFAC, E.U., UK and other sanctions programs processed through Wise. This includes: reviewing and final approval regarding escalated alerts on transactions and matches to the OFAC, E.U., UK and any other applicable lists and programs; reviewing and approving licensed transactions; reporting blocked property and rejected transactions to the respective regulatory agencies; drafting and filing Voluntary Self-Disclosures to OFAC; investigation into potential circumvention attempts; advising teams on sanctions related issues and sanctions incidents; and coordinating with the Team Lead on ad-hoc sanctions projects, as appropriate.

Duties and responsibilities:
Investigate and provide final decisioning on escalated sanctions cases for Level 3 review

Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Product Compliance to join our growing Product team here in North America, our largest and fastest-growing market. This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact Wise's mission of empowering millions with instant, borderless money while developing your skills as a Product Compliance leader.
Your mission:
Wise has pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Your mission is to enable our product team in North America to launch new products and grow our presence in the U.S. and Canada. You will achieve this through a deep understanding of regulatory and financial crime requirements and by maintaining direct communication with regulators and auditors to understand their expectations. This is a hands-on, first-line Product Compliance lead role embedded in the North America Product Squad.
You will be leading a team responsible to:
Product and regulatory change design:
* Empower Product Teams to build compliant-by-design products and services by advising them on regulatory implementation in a customer-oriented manner while fully adhering to regulatory requirements.
Ensure that regulatory analysis of new products and services is performed and well-documented, and that related controls are consistently implemented before launch.
Conduct regulatory change gap analysis and ensure that implementation plans are executed in a timely manner.
Audit, risk and remediation (including Fincrime):
* Manage audits and, where required, challenge audit findings in collaboration with the Compliance second line and Product teams.

* Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the Wise Platform Operations team to help our customers receive their funds faster globally.
As a Product Specialist in Wise Platform Operations, your role will revolve around leading operational excellence for Wise Platform partners. You will primarily be a project manager with an emphasis on operationalizing new products or features and improving existing operational processes connected to the product domain, making sure that the processes scale well, are efficient and mitigate or minimize risks. Your role of Employee Relations Senior Advisor will pave the way in promoting a seamless and customer-focused experience across the employee lifecycle, and supporting our people (we call them Wisers) to do what they do best at Wise.

Achieving your mission:
Independently own Employee Relations (ER) matters end-to-end within your dedicated business functions, supporting and advising Wisers and Leads through a significant volume and range of complex situations (from internal conflict management to external, escalated cases), and balancing our exposure and appetite to risk in the process
Partner with People Advisors around the globe in any cross-geographical ER cases, navigating complexity and flexibility with DEI and legal considerations
Drive People Operations projects that require advisory input and alignment
Review our current and building new operational processes (across all aspects of the employee journey from onboarding to exit) and identifying effectiveness improvements to help us scale the impact of the People team for the region without compromising the employee experience
Collaborate with People Partners to complement their functional business insights with your ER data and expertise
Analyze and identify data-driven trends to help educate and advise our functions and the Senior Leadership team on business focus areas and better ER practices
Proactively keep up to date with local employment laws and working practices, sharing knowledge and collaborating with the Support subteam to ensure our guidelines, policies and processes are compliant and we continue to give customer-centric advice
Contribute strategic thinking in global team and tribe projects to help drive our People mission
Act as a partner to our People Servicing teams (Payroll and People Technology)
Update and deliver People-related training sessions in order to upskill our Leads and address knowledge gaps that are highlighted in our ER data
Qualifications

Previous and demonstrable experience in a HR Advisor / ER Specialist role and ready to take your existing experience to the next level
Subject matter expert in employment law and employee relations advice - Senior Leadership will look to you for sound advice on a variety of complex cases.

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing High Risk Assessment team in Austin, Texas. The High Risk Assessment team has a working understanding of inherent risks associated with complex business structures and activities, customer types, country risks and their respective mitigation measures. The investigation accommodates any legal, regulatory and operating requirements unique to specific business sectors or jurisdictions.
The High Risk Assessment Team Lead is a people lead with a mindset that allows them to build processes that put our customers first while being aware of the risks surrounding the industry, specific products, and requirements set to us by regulations and partners.

Your mission:
You're now really familiar with the processes that power our operational engine. As a result, you're a close support for your Lead, and a role model for your team who look up to you for your knowledge, expertise and ways of working.
You're helping us to identify the problems to solve and better understand what's needed from the Wiser experience (both from a local and global perspective) by building more data-driven analysis into team discussions. You're also starting to develop a network outside of your immediate team and making a name for yourself in the wider People tribe.

Manage benefit administration enrollment reconciliation processes
Liaise with third-party vendors, including insurance carriers and the brokerage team
Partner with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance invoices
Conduct routine audits for insurance enrollment and 401(k) plans
Spearhead the annual US open enrollment process
Wiser support:
Support the POps Lead in actively promoting the People team's ticketing desk, managing traffic across our inboxes and communication channels, and acting as a point of escalation for the team
Create and monitor ticket data dashboards, collaborating with the People Services team to address identified issues
Be our team's Workday champion to ensure data accuracy and optimal working practices
Support Wisers who are looking to use our leave and benefit plans, navigating them through the different stages of their journey and the policies to support them
Support in the annual open enrollment process
Support the Payroll team with necessary documentation and/or information needed to process changes (e.g. new joiners, Wisers relocating, etc)
Maintain and update TimeWise workbooks to ensure operational excellence
Keep Confluence content up to date, ensuring transparency and accessibility of information for Wisers, and thinking globally as well as locally for process efficiency, alignment and speed
Respond to unemployment and third party leave claims in a timely manner
Team initiatives:
Role-model our ways of working across the team, providing mentorship and backup support
Provide data analysis to understand our Wisers' needs and improve processes where required
Respond to audit queries to ensure operational compliance
Contribute towards our planning cycles, sharing ideas for improvements and projects
Deliver on cross-team projects and initiatives, focussing on the Wiser experience and embracing tech where possible
Stay informed about local employment laws and working practices, updating our processes, policies and guidance as necessary

Facilitate relocation and immigration processes for incoming or outgoing US Wisers
Mentor and cross-train junior members of the team

Job Description
Your mission:
Your role of Employee Relations Senior Advisor will pave the way in promoting a seamless and customer-focused experience across the employee lifecycle, and supporting our people (we call them Wisers) to do what they do best at Wise.
You're someone who'll keep on track with your "business as usual" Employee Relations caseload, but you're equally inquisitive and hungry to understand what the data's telling us and how else we can strengthen the overall Wiser experienceโฆ it's that inclusive growth mindset which is key to the success of our team.
You'll also play a vital role in how we do things as a global team, collaborating on key projects and unlocking big-picture and analytical thinking to help grow and scale our team's impact on the business.
Achieving your mission:
* Independently own Employee Relations (ER) matters end-to-end within your dedicated business functions, supporting and advising Wisers and Leads through a significant volume and range of complex situations (from internal conflict management to external, escalated cases), and balancing our exposure and appetite to risk in the process
* Partner with People Advisors around the globe in any cross-geographical ER cases, navigating complexity and flexibility with DEI and legal considerations
* Drive People Operations projects that require advisory input and alignment
* Review our current and building new operational processes (across all aspects of the employee journey from onboarding to exit) and identifying effectiveness improvements to help us scale the impact of the People team for the region without compromising the employee experience
* Collaborate with People Partners to complement their functional business insights with your ER data and expertise
* Analyze and identify data-driven trends to help educate and advise our functions and the Senior Leadership team on business focus areas and better ER practices
* Proactively keep up to date with local employment laws and working practices, sharing knowledge and collaborating with the Support subteam to ensure our guidelines, policies and processes are compliant and we continue to give customer-centric advice
* Contribute strategic thinking in global team and tribe projects to help drive our People mission
* Act as a partner to our People Servicing teams (Payroll and People Technology)
* Update and deliver People-related training sessions in order to upskill our Leads and address knowledge gaps that are highlighted in our ER data
Qualifications
A bit about you:
* Previous and demonstrable experience in a HR Advisor / ER Specialist role and ready to take your existing experience to the next level
* Subject matter expert in employment law and employee relations advice - Senior Leadership will look to you for sound advice on a variety of complex cases.
* A strong growth mindset - being resilient to and excited about change in a hyper-growth environment, with the opportunities it brings and the multiple projects you'll be involved with simultaneously
* Sound knowledge of US employment law and working practices
* Extensive experience in owning and advising on a range of employee relations matters end-to-end
* A heap of empathy and emotional intelligence - you'll need to be able to communicate effectively and inclusively, both in person and in writing
* Adaptable - you will be as comfortable working with ambiguity as you are with certainty. We need someone who can be agile enough to respond to changing priorities, but be able to have big picture, proactive thinking for the long term path ahead
* Tech savvy (familiar with Google Suite, Slack, Workday, but also adept to learning new technology as we grow)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Eagle-eyed attention to detail
* Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
