    The Business Development Executive is responsible for the engineering sales for Engineering, Research and Development Services within the Cloud/Digital Native domain (Technology vendors - ISVs/Platforms/ SaaS) to ensure effective sales strategies are in place to achieve revenue and profitability objectives for the company. This role will be aligned to our Tech and Digital market Unit. We also partner with other Business lines and Market units in Capgemini to collaborate on multi tower sales pursuits and lead key customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: We lead large existing relationships and driving new Engineering Services booking into existing and new logos and rive engineering solutions directly with clients, in coordination with subject matter authorities and other solution owners in the company. We operate with little supervision in sophisticated environments, taking responsibility for a substantial aspect of Capgemini activity, and handling last minute changes calmly & authoritatively. A success factor for the role is to develop sales leads, opportunities and gaining business through the development of core sales strategies and creative solution proposals to grow the sales pipeline, building and maintaining an external network of client relationships! We prepare proposals and solutions along with pre-sales & delivery teams and promote collaboration and providing others with mentor and leader's support. We understand and discuss Sales plans with other Sales Leaders to agree on potential major opportunities in their own focus areas (sector, offers). We Qualify major opportunities for further pursuit; driving consistency between sales strategies (value messages, relationship approach, driven differentiation) and content work run by the bid team (solution design, pricing and costing, delivery of proposal, planned project management). We take ownership to provide clear dedication and commitment to individual business objectives and responsibilities to the group by being accountable for the opportunity throughout the collaborative selling process, until closing! We run engagement, delivery & profitability of accounts, address complex client issues, including working with executive level client partners; mastering negotiation techniques. Required Skills 10+ years of Business Development and/or Account Management experience selling Engineering Services (product engineering) with significant time in the Technology vertical. Ability to stretch from sales acquisition (hunter) to guiding opportunities through the proposal process and to successful execution. Engineering background is required; MBA desired. Validated understanding of the global delivery model for a services organization. Validated experience leading and growing sophisticated client relationships. Confirmed experience working with VP, CXO level positions (in Engineering, Product Development, Innovation, etc.). Ability to work in a sophisticated organizational environment and engage closely with internal pre-sales, solutions and delivery organizations to craft proposals, solutions, and client presentations. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including direct experience developing client differentiation and writing core proposal content. Driven and able to work under pressure.     The Business Development Executive is responsible for the engineering sales for Engineering, Research and Development Services within the Cloud/Digital Native domain (Technology vendors - ISVs/Platforms/ SaaS) to ensure effective sales strategies are in place to achieve revenue and profitability objectives for the company. This role will be aligned to our Tech and Digital market Unit. We also partner with other Business lines and Market units in Capgemini to collaborate on multi tower sales pursuits and lead key customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: We lead large existing relationships and driving new Engineering Services booking into existing and new logos and rive engineering solutions directly with clients, in coordination with subject matter authorities and other solution owners in the company. We operate with little supervision in sophisticated environments, taking responsibility for a substantial aspect of Capgemini activity, and handling last minute changes calmly & authoritatively. A success factor for the role is to develop sales leads, opportunities and gaining business through the development of core sales strategies and creative solution proposals to grow the sales pipeline, building and maintaining an external network of client relationships! Required Skills 10+ years of Business Development and/or Account Management experience selling Engineering Services (product engineering) with significant time in the Technology vertical. Ability to stretch from sales acquisition (hunter) to guiding opportunities through the proposal process and to successful execution. Engineering background is required; MBA desired. Validated understanding of the global delivery model for a services organization. Validated experience leading and growing sophisticated client relationships. Confirmed experience working with VP, CXO level positions (in Engineering, Product Development, Innovation, etc.). Ability to work in a sophisticated organizational environment and engage closely with internal pre-sales, solutions and delivery organizations to craft proposals, solutions, and client presentations. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including direct experience developing client differentiation and writing core proposal content. Driven and able to work under pressure.
