The CAD Automation Specialist is responsible for streamlining the engineering design process by automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency. This role focuses on developing and maintaining DriveWorks configurators, SolidWorks templates, and custom macros to support the engineering team. Additional responsibilities include managing project data, generating BOMs, and coordinating improvements with internal teams and external customers. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of automation and process optimization, along with some coding experience-particularly with Visual Basic for SolidWorks macros.
