Some choices of study include training for: * Private certificates * Commercial certificates * Certified Flight Instructor * Instrument Rating * Certified Flight Instrument Instructor You can also immerse yourself in helicopter training by enrolling in specialized training courses, which cover training for High Altitude, Mountain and Valley and Offshore situations. Tuition varies by program, as the length and type of training differ by course. Mauna Loa makes financial aid through federal loans available to eligible students. Other alternative forms of aid include sources like the Alaska Advantage Program, Utah Valley University and Helicopter Foundation International.
