QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidate must have a minimum of an Associates Degree or prior experience as a campus police officer or as a community-based police officer.
Certification under PA Act 120 or equivalent, if from outside PA, with the ability to obtain comparative compliance as a police officer in PA, via the waiver process.
Waiver process includes proof of certification of completion from an approved police academy (i.e., NJ PTC certified) and passing a written examination regarding PA laws.
Certification under PA Act 235 or the ability to become certified by attending the one-week PA Act 235 training is required.
Must maintain a valid or current PA operator's license or operator's license in the state which residing.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in higher education administration, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in enrollment management, admissions strategy, or a related field.
* Experience working with military-affiliated students, VA benefits, and compliance regulations preferred.
* Strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
