Duties and Responsibilities Sales Program and Tools Call prospective accounts and communicate with key masters to ultimately get to decision-makers. Be familiar with technology. Utilize multiple software suites, such as Google, Yelp, and Google Earth, to gain a view of a prospective customer, the physical location, and the potential benefits and setbacks before visiting. Utilize CSS and Salesforce to see if location notes exist for prospective accounts or if other team members are soliciting said location.
