As Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating, deploying, tracking, and measuring integrated marketing strategies for degree program and audience-specific initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Define the overall enrollment marketing strategy, messaging and positioning for degree programs, sectors, audiences, and initiatives across the University's portfolio of degree programs offered in Seattle
Develop and manage execution of enrollment marketing plans through effective project management and collaboration with central marketing and creative teams.
Effectively track and measure campaign success and ROI through regular monitoring and reporting of data through the entire enrollment funnel; from lead generation and nurturing through enrollment.

Qualifications:
Regional marketing experience specific to Seattle, including understanding of regional demographics and local media.
A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing; higher education experience a plus.

Working knowledge and experience with a marketing automation tool and CRM tool a plus (Slate and Salesforce experience preferable but not required)

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for timely call receiving of both emergent and non-emergent telephone lines into the Airlift Northwest communications center. Calls are received by physicians, nurses, other communications centers and the public.

Provide necessary communication assistance in cooperation with other agencies including ambulances, law enforcement and fire department, rescue groups. Must operate all department radios under established Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations and Airlift protocols and procedures.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Airlift Northwest call receiving protocols, and appropriately route calls to the transport team, medical director, maintenance, or Airlift Northwest Administrator on Call.
Responsible to contact rotary wing aircraft every 10 minutes during flight to request a position report which will be documented in the dispatch record in the event an aircraft search needs to be initiated
In accordance with established policy and procedures, exercise independent judgment when handling routing transport requests. Must demonstrate ability to take multiple calls and set priorities for the flight program.
Ensure that all dispatch records are accurate and complete. Keep accurate records of such events as: aircraft out of service times, bases out of service, master crew list with any changes during the 24 hour period.
Be the point of contact for various law enforcement, fire department and rescue teams in the event of a lost Airlift Northwest aircraft.
Demonstrate proficiency with all Airlift Northwest communications center equipment to include: computers, computer aided dispatch software, voice recorders, paging system and radio. Must be able to implement the Power Outage backup plan in the event of loss of power to the communication center.
In the event of an in-flight emergency must activate the Airlift Northwest Post Accident Implementation Plan (PAIP) immediately
