    Primary Responsibilities: * Assist the Chief Development Officer with departmental strategic planning and achieving departmental objectives that support Epworth's strategic vision and annual agency goals. * Oversee all in-kind donations to Epworth. * Work collaboratively with Program and Development Teams to ensure all volunteer roles are developed and understood by all who engage and interact with volunteers. * Communicates with all departments of the organization to share available opportunities and needs for volunteers. * Post volunteer Opportunities. * Manage active donor and volunteer database, including data on volunteers' interests, skills and hours contributed. * Oversee relationships with volunteers and churches and recognize on social media. * Coordinates volunteer recognition and appreciation events and activities. * Develop and conduct volunteer satisfaction surveys to maintain regular statistical reporting on volunteer and outreach participation. * Occasionally fulfill obligations for local churches and community organizations to further the agency's mission and spread awareness for fundraising and volunteer opportunities. * Publicize Epworth events on social media, website, and in e-blasts. * Create a social media calendar and content. * Develop regularly scheduled email blast. * Design flyers and graphics for various social media platforms. * Support the agency mission through speaking engagements as needed. * Assist Development Team with special events. * Send out all thank you correspondence to donors. * In charge of Raisers Edge software. * Participate in departmental meetings as well as other internal agency meetings and reviews as requested. * Adhere to policies and procedures inclusive of, but not limited to, Donor Bill of Rights, attendance, code of conduct, department specific procedures, training requirements, workplace safety. * Manage food pantry data collection and lead food pantry operations. * Perform other duties as assigned. Reasoning Ability: * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. * Strong ability to organize, plan, track, and report. * Must be able to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently in a timely manner and frequently make expedited adjustments when necessary. * Computer Skills: * Strong proficiency with computer skills including extensive knowledge of donor database systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. * Preferred experience with donor database. * Experience with Adobe creative suite or graphic design preferred. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The physical requirements of this job include the following: sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs on a regular basis; lifting up to 25lbs, pulling and/or pushing on occasion. Work Environment: Most of the work for this position is performed under normal office conditions. The employee may need to travel from one location to another on an as needed basis. The Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Manager with developing ideas, strategies, and executing marketing projects to expand brand awareness of Royal Banks of Missouri and further promote our products and services. Availability/Schedule: June 9 to August 1, 2025 Monday through Friday (32 - 40 hours per week) 8:45 am - 4:30 pm daily Shadowing Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with other departments to enhance the Bank's marketing strategy and promote relevant products and services to relevant consumer and commercial clients. Draft and develop visuals for social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; assist with furthering strategy on how to reach intended audiences. Support the development of Bank email campaigns. Assist in creating visually appealing point of sale promotions for the branch lobbies and the marketing materials for commercial lenders and Treasury Management Team for proposals and sales calls. Support the Retail Teams in developing plans for branch activities and special events. Assist in the creation and design of paid print and digital advertising using platforms such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator/InDesign. Draft short-form radio advertisements and live reads for local partners. Attend Bank-sponsored community events across footprint to support marketing efforts and represent the brand externally. Assist with coordinating philanthropic efforts and tracking charitable and sponsorship opportunities. Support the management and development of website and SEO strategy; assist with the efforts to establish strong website strategy to increase online traffic. Take photos and videos at relevant Bank events for website and social media publication. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Reports to work punctually as scheduled. Submits assignments to manager on a weekly basis and as requested. Work in various branch locations. Complete financial educational courses. Maintain a professional appearance and adheres to the dress code. Comply with all bank policies, regulations and laws applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities. Keeps strict confidentiality. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled as incoming Junior or Senior in a collegiate degree program with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Graphic Design, or other relevant degree program. Committed to work a 40-hr workweek. Previous professional marketing experience a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic PC skills-MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). Basic photography and/or videography skills. Basic graphic design capabilities and understanding of Canva, Adobe Suite or other digital design software. Knowlege and understanding of social media platforms, with an interest in social media strategy and content creation. Intermediate level interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
