Position Summary Seeking a highly motivated Technician A. The Technician will receive training from the Clinical Research Core and work directly with Principal Investigators and other entities as needed for the research protocols. Previous experience working in clinical trials is preferred Responsibilities * Assist with participant recruitment and screening procedures including participant education about the study, administering questionnaires, and collecting data in accordance with study protocols. * Schedule patient visits and research meetings * Ensure that data and study samples are collected, transported, and stored in accordance with study protocols. * Liaise between study participants using English and Spanish as applicable. * Keep records in order * Support other job functions as needed. Minimum Qualifications * 2 years of college or a completed A.A. program with an emphasis in chemistry, biology or physics or a completed animal husbandry program. * One year of related experience, or equivalent in education, training and/or experience.
