We are looking for licensed Cosmetologists to join our family of professionals in the Square One New Talent Training Program. The Square One New Talent Stylist Training Program is a 6 month education program designed to give new hair stylists the training they need to start their careers at Square One successfully. You will attend weekly technical classes every Sunday, while assisting and learning from a Square One Mentor. The Square One New Talent Stylist will graduate to having an open book for guests one day per week after the first 6 weeks.
Square One New Talent Stylists assist their Mentor stylists in providing above and beyond service by performing the Aveda and Square One rituals, booking appointments, shampooing guests, mixing and applying color, and other duties as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to attend and satisfactorily complete all company-required education.
