Schools may use Adjunct Coaches to assist in their athletic program. Qualifications Essential Job Functions Demonstrate a commitment to Catholic values and the promotion of the associated culture within a Catholic school Abide by the rules of the school, the sport, and the OSSAA, while demonstrating the teaching values, and the ethical and moral behavior in line with the mission of the school. Establish the fundamental philosophy, skills and techniques to be taught by staff, ensuring that all these fit within the educational and social mission of the school. Delegate duties, supervise implementation, and at season's end, analyze and evaluate staff members and their effectiveness according to school and sport policy. Manages and maintains individual sport schedule, including all communication with administration, staff, faculty and students. Accurately assesses players' skills and potential contributions to the sport. Assist in the necessary preparation to hold scheduled sports events or practices, including planning and scheduling information, and adheres to scheduled facility time. The individual accepting this temporary extra duty position will act as Middle School Track Coach for Sand Springs Public Schools for the 2025-2026 School Year.
