li Prior experience coaching, leading, and/or teaching children between the ages of walking to 11 is preferred/li
li Previous experience in management is preferred but not required/li
li Must be comfortable with public speaking and sharing "the whys" of our curriculum with parents/li
li Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills/li
li Self-starter who just gets a job done/li
li CPR certified/li
li Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is recommended/li
li Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required/li
li Evenings and Weekends availability is required /li
li Background check required/li
