20% Member of the esports leadership team: Provide support in the development, planning, direction, and coordination of comprehensive university esports programs, including, but not limited to: intramural esports, club esports, gaming club management, & recreational gaming; communicate effectively with others; demonstrate flexibility within the position assignments as needed. Assist in the recruitment of students to participate in all esports activities on campus including participation in Admissions and Orientation activities. Facilitate pathways for academic and professional success for students in club programs. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of esports venues.
